you might be wondering why i am writting on here instead of laying on the beach.....well....everyday has pretty much been overcast with rain here and there...we have probably had like 6 hours of pure sun since we got here...and that's being generous....interesting enough though, ryan AKA slowered318 is in punta cana as well.... i bumped into him at both the toronto and punta cana airport....i think his resort is on the same strip of beach as mine.... which is huge...so i haven't run into him.... the resort itself is huge...maybe to big...luckily there are little "busses" to bring you from the beach to the lobby etc...i have seen ALOT of old lady boobs here, which is always fun....i went to town to grab some stogeys which is fun, since everyone is trying to pull you into there stores....my g\f and i were pretending to be german so we wouldn't have to talk to them

, but alot of them started talking dutch and shit so we got screwed there

... anyways, today is our last chance to get some sun.. we are heading back to toronto tomorrow morning...

i'm back... the trip was still good...just not enough sun

.... now just dealing with the dominican rum bum

koncise- my g/f checked the weather reports from the last 5 years (before we booked) for the week we went and it only rained once (or some junk like that)....i guess i can't complain, the last two trips were PURE sun...

Hola ..I'm back from the "DR" too!!!

Good seein you didn't get sick like everyone else Jeremy. But you were looking a little pale (guess you spent too much time in bed?) The weather sucked but still much nicer then here! There was some kinda outbreak of food poisoning and parasites at my Breezes POS resort. Not to mention the leaking roofs, bad service, scams, and lack of single women. So the last few days were spent taking care of my friends and my stomach. I took a walk down the beach to where i think you resort was but i didn't see you around? I was gonna get ahold of you cause were were all tired of the same nighclub 6 nights in a row! but the wedding and suck kept me pretty busy..

I don't think i'll be going back to the Dominican for a while as i prefer Mexico and Jamaica. but i can't complain too much.. the first 3 days and nights were way too much fun.. i think my stomach hurts the most from laughing too much.

As for the food? BAH!

Perfect example, When you go out for dinner here you have a choice of Itallian food, Mexican food, french, Japanese, Greek, Chinese, Canadian, ext., ext., ext. But NEVER do you see a Dominican food restaurant.. must be a good reason for that LOL

But one thing for shure i lived up to my rep, kept it real the whole time

Anyways.. i'll prolly post some pics when i get them back.

I went to the breezes Bahama's and the place was amazing. My only complaint, people partied too much!

haha... you should of just come to my resort...the food was good, different but good (for the most part)...i walked the beach with my gf a few times (when the sun wasn't around)...was your resort close to the "beach market" ? our resort was right inline with the sunken ship...

who you callin' pale ?

we were to the right of you if you were looking towards the ocean. that ship wreck looked cool, their was a man made coral reif out there you know
