S2000 or E36 M3?????

i'll be gettin a new car soon, and im debating on what to get, the M3 would be my first choice hands down, BUT, the trouble is finding one that is not beat up..
both have their advantages and dis advantages, i just cannot decide....of course the s2k would have a longer warranty, it looks pretty sporty....... the m3 is faster, have either NO or little warranty left, have more km on it, .... i like the m3 way better, but i don't want to run into problems w/ it in the next 2 years or so that i would be driving it, it would cost much more $ to fix than the 318!... hmm....thoughts?

im going to sell my 318is (below) in the very near future... if anyone knows n e 1 that may be interested in it, pm me.

Why? And don't say because it puts out more HP/Liter than the M3. All S2000 is is a very high compression ratio, high revving, peaky HP torqueless machine. Wow, typical Honda. And the obvious reasons to get the BMW over the Honda, chassis rigidy, hanlding, possibly non recycled metal, the nicer quality feel and look to the whole car.

I think Honda's are best suited for the track and off the streets. M3 has torque, Honda doesn't. Bottom line. Do you drive HP or Torque?

M3 or the 2000?

I would choose the M3 hands down but a fairer comparison is the 2000 against the Nissan 350Z,since price wise its much closer,in that cause the 350Z is the clear winner....

they are both great machines. different purposes IMO. the s2000 is a fast car but is a drop top so it would make a great summer car. the M3 is well an M3, an awesome car by itself. i would personally choose the M3, but thats my opinion
