Yeah, it will still have the Manufacture's Warranty / Factory warranty on it. I just picked it up yesterday, so if you pick one off of me today, it should be smooth sailing for you. Also, No, I haven't tested the battery. Still sealed in the package, i didn't even touch the laptop itself with my own hands yet. Nor, did I install the battery. Also, just to let you know, i'm throwing in an extra 256 DDR RAM stick that you can easily insert in the bottom. Still interested? If possible, please let me know ASAP by phone (647-290-6544 ask for Lan) before 4PM today for a quick and easy transaction. Thanks

Lan and crew showed up on time, delivered 3 new notebooks @ 7:35pm - I tested them, all PERFECT! Paid up in full, and gone in 10 minutes. Painless transaction!
