Transmission Fluid!?!?

I drive a CRAPPY 1997 neon and i need advice. My transfluid has been leaking slowly for over a month and now its finally at the 'add' level on the dip stick. What should i do? do i just buy some transfluid from crappy tire and pour it in the dip stick? what is the easiest way to solve this problem? I also saw at crappy tire transfluid that says it has something in it to stop leaks, should i get that and how do i top it off.. thanks
