37!???
4 tickets (none with points) and TD dropped me like a hot coal. $10,000/yr for my '02 Z/06 on renewal!
How do you even obtain ANY insurance with 37 tickets?!?!
Who is your insurance company?

I've been kicked out of 2 insurance companies already, $10,000 on a Z06 isn't that bad, I was paying $10,000 for just liability on my 92 Lexus LS400 just a few years ago, my insurance is with a the goverment kinda like faculty insurance, ING Halifax does all the paperwork

Try NTI insurance brokers.Ask for Tom. He is pretty good at helping you find the best deal on insurance.
Good luck

I am looking at a 1997 540i and my quote was $160.00/mth with nine years of driving and only using the vehicle for "pleasure" use. And no tickets or accidents.

$2600 for a 2000 M5 full coverage.
27 years experience, 0 accidents, 0 tickets (sound of wood knocking!!)
Yes! An M5 driver with 0 tickets after owning it for 3 years, unbelieveable isn't it?
BTW, this is with 3 car discount, also have home, life and biz insurance with the same agent and that helps. Hey with all that I'm still spending about $1K per month on insurance anyways....

anyone ever consider he's lying? im paying $300 month, no collision, G licence for 7 years of driving, 5 of those with a G... no tickets, no claims, no accidents... not bad in comparison to paying closer to $6000 a year on a 2001 Civic Si.

1st post here.... don't own one yet, but looking and drooling over a '94 540... I've been quoted $70/month full coverage $200 deductable on collision and fire/theft. This will be with multi-vehicle discount, plus my home/health insurance is with the same broker. Don't live in the GTA either if that makes a differnce. 16 years driving, no accidents, no convictions.
Dan.

Ok so rather than starting a new thread, I am reviving one.
5 star, 1 at fault accident claim, 2000 540 full coverage, 17years experience, pleasure use is $2500
The killer is the minimum $2000 deductible on the 540 models.
Am I paying too much? I am 33y and would think that once you past 25y it would go down
