Low to mid 30's is what I was hoping. I would never think I could get every dollar I put in. If that was the case I would ask for an extra $20G's (thats what was put in so far). I honstestly expected alittle more flames about it being beatin to shit. So thanx for the positive response guys.

I was hoping to start another project car, A 2002 M3 cabrio(laguna seca blue of course) but I guess it won't happen yet.

I think that would ruin the car, plus who has all the OEM parts. Alot of stuff like the custom dash cannot be changed without spending a pretty penny doing so.

Most people that ask a bit higher for their M3 usually have tough competition because you are going in rage where they can pick up some nice 330ci..(I dont wanna cause spark what car is better but the fact is many poeple go for newer car and nice clean E46).....There was a member selling 2002 M pack 330ci with 80k km asking mid 30 000$ ....I would pick up that car over any E36 M3......

sorry but 5 years difference is hard to swallow and that why it may be hard to even get 30 grand for your car....Again this is just my honest opinion on the case as it is.

Not to mention that soon we will have E90 so owning E36 is kinda old even if it's an M3 WITH only 240hp.

Ivan, there is a big difference between stock M3 and Fabio's RMS Stage I (soon to be Stage II) M3. Deciding between 400hp e36 m3 sitting on BBS LM and a stock 330ci would be a very very and I wanna say it again very easy decision.

$30K to $35k is not to much to ask for, knowing how much it costs to build a car like that. If you can't get that much don't sell it.

P.S. Shop labour rate is about $80.00 or more...
