Do they fit?

Will e30 seats fit in a 1982 320?

No. Completely different seats. Late 2002 seats are bolt-ons for your e21.

I am going to install Alpina bubble flares this Spring, to fit 225.45.15 race rubber on my 15 x 7.5 Ronal ACT wheels. I also have a carbon fiber airbox in production for Webers sidedrafts. The carbon fiber airbox should be ready by late Spring. I will make a group buy on www.2002faq.com when it is ready. I already sold 12 Massive Brake kits thru www.2002faq.com

Yes it can be done but a big pain in the ass and probably not worth the trouble. Stick to e21 seats.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing! I have those same K1s in my 89 325is (http://www.cardomain.com/id/truste30)and they look a lot more substantial on a 2002!
