help Question

I have a 2000 323ci and every time i go over a bump it feels like I'm hitting a sink hole in the rear of the car. Its not my shocks because the car does not bounce. It just feels like a very hard impact. Can some one help me out or tell me what this could be.

I have come to the conclusion that it could be my bushings correct me if I am wrong.

and the car also squeeks like crazy from the rear when a push and let off the gas.

Im in mississsauga and am tired of paying BMw $97.00\hr does anyone know of a good mechanic in my area.
