Question M20 turbocharging...?

Is the M20 a good engine to Turbocharge?!! I'm thinking about tunning up the E34, is it worth it, or are there better solutions, considering the cost!!

m20 is too small move the e34 chasis. look into an M30/M52 swap.

ok lets say a sawp with M30 which is about 210 hp, but wouldn't a turboed M20 produce more power? ... and...which one would cost more the sawp or the turbo?

a turbo m20 will definately produce more power but it wont be reliable as the m30 motor. I think doin an m30 converion in an e34 its much easier than doin it in an e30.

but is it worth it? ..ok.. i guess i could sell the e34 and get a e30 which performes better since it's lighter, but my E34 is very clean and has lots of new stuff [clutch, brakes...] so i know the car, but as we all know it lack power big time, so i was thinking about turboing it..the i dea of swaping engines is too much, it would be much easier to sell my car and get a same year 530, and save me the $$$! ...

Turbocharging the m20 is much more expensive than swapping to a m30, check out turbochargingdynamics.com
