That's RevShot's job, even though he said he was leaving. (wow, he left for 5 hours or something)
There needs to be a ratio set on how much OT junk you can post in relation to other useful posts. That would stop posts from people with nothing useful to say, who only come here because they are bored and have nothing else to do.
And there's no need for that post counter. At least it should not increment when you make an OT post.
And, the members list should be cleaned up to remove "members" who have not even visited the site in over 12 months or have less that 3 posts, plus none in the last 6 months. I've analysed the members list last month, that would get rid of at least 60% of the total members.
Congratulations Jay, now go kick some butt!
