From a buisness standpoint that doesn't make sense. You can take pride in your work, and still satisfy your customer.
If a customer wants Fil to spray paint it then Fil, being in the buisness of satisfying customers will spray paint it.
Also, Fil being someone who takes pride in his work will do the best he can to satisfy the customer using the paint medium they supply (spray, home, magic marker).
I don't think thats a bad spray paint job at all. I saw the car in person and pictures of it and it didn't look poor at all. Perhaps more clear coat or something would have cleared up the kind of satin looking apperance but its really not that bad.
