Exclamation Newest Modification

hey guys, i think this is my last modification to the car, after this i dont know if im going to repair or not, its seems to be leaking coolant or something, (jsut got a new rad 2 weeks ago) but its driveable, only thing now is insurance is gonna be a bitch cause its his no fault apparently...

but im making my claim at the incident report center tommorow and they will decide whos fault,, i was at a dead stop waiting to merge, and he was blowing by traffic to get to the lights metres ahead (now he says he was turning into the concrete step store

if you guys have any advice on what i should do and my options, that be great, thanks boys

to a certain point
the resell value is pretty much extinct, my plan is to get to hood to open, fix whatever is wrong internally, bend the quarter panel back to reasonable shape and install my old light and drive it till it dies.
no sense putting in 2-3000 into this car to fix it, when the brakes are going and other small things, id probably only get 4500-5000 for the car due to lowballers and the age and what not, so i dont see a point

I think you should kick the guy's ass just for having a Nike symbol on his car.

Man...that sux! If no cop showed up to give someone a ticket, the insurance is most likely going to go 50-50. If you were at a dead stop, you should be OK. But it's his word against yours. Dude...Whenever I use the center lane to pass traffic and then turn, I crawl nice and slow, incase someone is coming out. What a knob!

oh i know, i was crawling, then i stopped to look for an opening on the opposing lane, then i hear a honk, tire squeeling, and boom...

so far they think they are at no fault, saying its 4000-5000 damage thats if the frame isnt bent, its a sunfire, so they can bite themselves cause once i make the claim and show pictures of the tire marks....he was going too fast, went in the turning lane too soon, and cant say he was turning into the cement stair place cause it was like 15 metres ahead...so he cant make up bullshit like that, cause when we got into it he said he was turning at the lights, which were a ways up there

Hey, sorry about the bad luck. Another thing to remember is that cars are a bad investment ............ regardless. Usually never get back out of them what goes in. That being said, if you love the car................ fak it........... and fix it. It doesn't make sense.............. and yet it will.

Good luck.
