Mine are held in by dry wall screws (broke the clips changing the bulbs)
If they can pry them off they won't be worth anything when they get them.
Ohh never claim anything on insurance you will ALWAYS pay more for it later then if you just bend over take it up the ... and just replace/fix it yourself, you just can't win.
Hope you don't use the same tactic as they did to replace them.

Damn steve, that's bullshit! Who the hell steals foglights? I heard of rims being stolen, system, badges, and even spoilers but never foglights.

At least you have another pair, mine cracked on me a week ago

Steve just make the plan and I'll be down. I do think that it would be best to hold it around spring, this way everybody will have taken their cars out of hibernation. Plus, I think I might have a new whip ready by then but lets not jinx anything just yet

Having your foglights stolen does suck. Some people are just @$@#$ assholes. The other day i was standing at my front door having a smoke when these 3 guys walked by, drinking, and booted my car and started laughing. I usually take things with a grain of salt but when someone ****S with a BMW it makes me see red. Man those guys were running within 30 seconds (with me swerving my car at them) All i have to say is i hope you have the luxury of finding the next guy who messes with you're ride

Is there a way to secure the foglights from being taken so easily? hhmm..maybe I should put some wires in the back that attach to the bumper that could hold on to it?
Rant over....

hey it aint that bad, check my fog light

i do it all the time, (there was a ton of traffic and i was getting let by, by the car in the right lane, i was pulling outta work) and this guy is zooming down the lane to pass traffic and i didnt see him cause i had my head turned looking for oncoming traffic to merge, i was at a dead stance....dunno how this is gonna play out insurance wise, the litttle bitch says his wrist and head hurt, but he can go **** himself cause i have pictures of him walking around and it wasnt even on his side and what not... so he can try to scam all he wants, they wont buy that bullshit

So basically the other guy was driving in the center turning lane while you tried to merge?...brother there could be a issue if he says he was making a left hand turn into a street/mall and you cut right into him when you attempted to merge.I know this may sound chitty but injuries are not always real time, the victim may be walking around normally but injuires can mature in the latter time,,people are suing for any reason these days,I hope you get detailed reports and witnesses at the accident since this can haunt you later when that other driver files a lawsuit..

the foglights and even entire front bumpers on our cars are just too easy to steal.

That sucks! There has to be a way to help secure them. I'll do some more brain storming on this in summer. Anyone know where I can get a pair of foglight brackets for cheap?
