I gotta echo what's being said here. I keep seeing people over and over not taking care of the contact patch (tires) all the power in the world comes to naught if the rubber isn't good...YOU busted your car nobody else, not the rain, nada....but what about the other poor sods you took out through no fault of their own...by you own admission your tires were crapped out and the video you've attached just shows that don't give a damn for other road users....you got lucky this time....don't be surprised that the lawsuit from the Honda driver stops you from ever getting that M5...I've seen too many innocent peoples lives ruined by idiots.

but I have to disagree. If we're are going to learn anything from cases like this, it's going to take more than just a long string of commiserations. That's what discussion boards are all about !!

It's a damn good time to give a wake up wack upside the head.... Things don't "just" happen....

While I cannot comment on his driving style on that particular day, by his own admission there was a conscious decision here to drive on bad tires, in my book this is right up there with DUI with endangering other road users.

Go out and have all the fun you like, but those that intentionally choose to endanger other road users are idiots.

His experience is an example in point. His posting of the link to the video of his antics is just icing on the cake and reinforces that opinion.

The driver of the Honda is not OK. That is the message !!
