take a look at these

i am looking at buying a new system for my car and i saw some SPL ML12's they look good and the specs seem good, i have not yet heard them. i was wondering if any one else had them

Specs are as follows

Didnt see any power connections for this "cyclovent fan" ...

Speaker current powered? spinning blades in the vent pole?

They look nice and meaty, and you're right, the specs arent bad at all.
Never seen em before though either, not that I recall.

Very cheap stuff. Stay away.

While you're at it, stay away from everything sold on that site. It's like a Flea Market online.
