Question can you identify this E34?

My gf and I have been looking for a project car and we came up with the idea of doing up an older E30. In the process of looking for one, we came upon this E34 but it was badged unusually. It had AC Schnitzer badges all over from the front grill, the sleek side mirrors, the automatic shift knob, to the rear tailgate which had S5 3.7 instead of the 535ia that the dealer told me it was. My gf is in love with it and the dealer is asking CDN$6000 for it, so it is within our price range. I'm hoping one of you can shed some light on it.

2) authentic ACS car.(doubt it)

Its a couple horsepower short of being a true ACS car... however you'd never be able to buy an E34 and all those ACS goodies for less than $6000. I'd say its a deal if you can offer him $5000 - $5500.

But be aware, E34's are high maintenance.. be prepared to drop another $2000 in suspension/maintenance work.

Just because your 525 was a lemon, doesn't mean the rest are. My dad's car is still going fine. No engine work needed. all we did was oil and brakes (but that's cuz I didn't drive it the whole winter, and the brakes rusted out)

Someone needs to remove those stickers and badges. Talk about false advertising.
