on board computer

my on board computer is not lighting up, how do i fix it

ur LED's r prolly burnt out, look on the tech section on r3vlimited.com, they have a tutorial

just got done going thru the whole r3vlimited.com, and couldn't find the tutorial, if there's any other help on how to take the OBC out would be appreciated
