how good are these coil overs? I don't mean to be rude. but I have never really heard much about them. anyone ever heard anything about these, does the shock make the suspension stiff or does the spring?

i have these on my 89 325 they do the job for me but i don't have any sport shox so it's a rough ride plus ball joints are completely messed up so before you have them installed pick up some bilsteins i beleive thats what randy was using.

the springs are linear, ensure your ball joints are in good condition before installing
