Anyone good with computers?

Hey, I have some adware I guess on my computer... my IE explorer always opens to the same stupid page and I have 7 desktop items for stuff lie "online "casino" "printer cartridges" "website hosting" etc... the IE explorer thing doesn't bother me too much but I am unable to delete these desktop items I can't even right click them or anything. If anyone knows how to get rid of them it'll be appreciated.

not really, here is an uninstaller

P.S. Did MSN Plus came out just yesterday? Ranady got the same thing yesterday, and it took us like half an hour to figure out how to remove that crap
