If it is why would anyone pay for it more than m3 if its same thing as M3 minus the main part - the engine.
Its a no collector car and its still has WBA VIN.

If it's a real 94 M-tech 325, it has EVERYTHING that an M3 has. Brakes, suspension, reinforced chassis, except the engine. They realeased 150 in the states of them as sort of a trial before they released the 95 M3's or something like that. They are rare, and like I said, they are more competitive then an regular 325i, yet compete against 325i's because they're stock.
