The only problem with getting "thrashed" rims is who wants to use shatty rims on the track. I don't want a beat up wheel under me when I'm at the track. If it was me I woulk keep the LTW's, and then just save up for some street wheels. They would be ideal for the track.

another option im considering, when i say trashed i dont mean structually weak i mean cosmetially ugly, as in theres stone chips, mabey sum curb rash, u know your average rim, i dont want to use my LTW's hit the track and say awww **** i scratched my rim!!!!


i dont want to have to worry about that

Thoese rims gives off the cheap knock off rice rim type of feel. You are a fool if you decide to trade with ltw.

its best to keep ltw and buy 16inch rims for the track.

I use 16inch milano mesh for track and oh boy they can take some serious beating and also very light.

this is what i have for the track.

OR buy some nice 17" fully forged BBS RGR's... nice and light for the track and strong enough for daily driver abuse.
