Port Perry is 20min north of Oshawa. Both wheels are bout the same conditions, bout 8.5 to 9 outta 10. the MOMO wheel is bout 310ish mm and the m tech wheel is bout 380ish mm. PM if ur still interested.

nope, u need to buy a hub which is bout $30 to $40 if i'm not mistaken.
The Mtech wheel is a direct fit tho for a e30
