LOCATION:

Canadiana Restaurant & Banquet Hall (in Six Points Plaza - beside CIBC), 5230 Dundas St. W, Etobicoke. The Six Points Plaza is located just West of Kipling Avenue, south of Bloor and north of Dundas Street between Jopling Avenue South and Beamish Drive.

Cocktails begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by a dinner at 7:00 p.m.

Dinner is complementary to you and a guest. Failure to attend after confirmation will result in a $40 charge to your VISA or MasterCard accounts. Please include your charge card information when you register.
