What about the X5 ?

my E31 850Ci is sold.. so i'm car-less.. (driving a Renault Coupe of my g/f)
even though.. still looking for a new car.. had some testdrives in the new Impreza but i dunno.. the interior is just the worst in any cars from 1999 till now i've been in.. Z4 and the 350Z is also out of the question..

But i've got a very nice price on a 2003 BMW X5 4.4i Executive with the Sports Package.. (older model though), fully loaded, and chiptuned to 300hp..

the problem is, i'm used to drive sportscar.. but the X5 is pretty fast.. 0-60 in under 7 seconds.. maybe with some options in the future i can reduce that.. allready drove it, it's really great.. but it's just NOT an sportscar..
i love it to death

but i dunno, hope i don't regret that i've didn't bought a sportscar..

Any comments or so.. i still dunno.. though i'd trew it onto the board

i dunno how ur gonna go from an 8 series to a x5....unless ur expecting kids or something...i dunno in the end it comes down to ur priorities..do u really need all that space?

what about a 330ci?....m3?...G35?...Corvette?..

yea then look at an E46 M3 used, should be about the same and in europe u get more power 10 more hp than what we get here in NA

a 330ci is nice.. but i dunno.. it's soo much in comon' (i know the X5 also.. but i just love the looks and the brute-ness of it

) .. an M3 is still expensive.. there are cheap ones, but with a high mileage or just ****ed up by the previouw owner.... a G35 isn't available over here.. and a Corvette is just not my style..

I dunno why u sold the 850 man, but look into an older model 4.6is. I'm sure that's up your alley.

I think 4.4 is over 300 hp if the same engine form 745.....
lol you wanna rare car besides selling 850.....I dont know what to say....850s are truly pimp..

the new 4.4i's (facelifted version) come with the same engine in the 745i and 545i which is 325hp, the older ones come with the same engine that was in the 740 and 540 which is only 290 hp i believe

ya...i dont think E39 had a 545...they had a 540...which was a 4.4 liter no?
