oil additive = waste of money

they work, just maybe not as good as the advertisement says. And that site seems like the work of some one angry dude.

if they were so good... don't you think that the oil companies would add them in their oil???

This is just to force people to buy more stuff.

I was wondering that too? As bruno said, if it was that good, oil companies would put it in there oil to begin with as a selling feature of the oil.

the lucas oil thing does work, but only to certain extend, we added some to a Corsica that was making all sorts of noise, piston slapping and yali yada, after we added the lucas oil the noise died down a lot.

but I wouldn't use it in a turbo car, it clogs the oil line.

oil additives are really a waste of money. Nothing better than changing your oil every 5k. Motor oil already comes with additives and if youre using synthetic you got maximum protection especially when you rev hard.
