Bridgestone S-03

This is the best tire I have ever ridden so far! Quite as hell.. good dry, cold and wet traction. Cons.. 220 Treadwear rating can get to 35,000km if driven hard

Rating: 9/10

good to hear that S03 is decent, I had the S02 before & they were amazing even when the tread was completely worn off the compond of the tire still stick like glue, I'm planning on picking up a set of S03 as soon as I get a set of rims

My S03s are almost down to the wear bars, one summer, about 11k KM, and I don't burn out or anything like that, just hard cornering. I'm getting T1Rs to replace them.

Is it a good season to buy the summer tires? Who (the retailers) is selling the T1-R cheap in GTA? I am looking for 2-225/45/17 and 2-245/40/17?

Autowheels on m3forum has the sizes that I want. 245/35 - 19 and 275/30 - 19 for 910 US shipped. Locally, I think htp://www.tiretrends.com has them at a decent price. I refuse to buy locally. I paid $1440 for my S03s from Tirerack, it would have been $2400+ tax locally.
