BAV-AUTO RULES #1in cust. service

WOW you gotta love it when a company actually cares.. Today was the second time that i called Bavauto in regards to something I screwed up on, and there customer service department was amazing in helping resolve the situation.. Details not needed tooo long a story but i just wanted to share with everyone that Bavauto is an awesome company to deal with................

Hah, they've screwed up way more orders than good stories like this one.

And like he said, they're making like 400% profit on everything they sell, their customer service should damn well kick ass (but it still doesn't).

Bav Auto has been good to me

I've had good experiences getting parts, over dealer anyways. Some stuff can be pricey when you figure in shipping, exchange etc. Howerver I go local when I can.
