doesn't work i've watched some consumer report crap about it....for one of them it made the picture appear SLIGHTLY blurry but not blurry enough that they can't read ur plates

^^ not cool to say what 'illegal' mods someone else has.

in either case... yes there is a license plate cover with vertical lines grooved in it.. on angles the license plate is unreadable... can only been seen from straight on.

and yes... the machine that changed red to green lights is called a MIRT... a lot of people have them.

there are some MIRT's for sale in the For Sale section.. if not, there is a certain user on here who sells them... if you still can't find any (and he doesn't see this thread) I'll tell him to send you a PM.

Yeah vertical lines.. kinda like those old cards which changed images at different angles... from the side it just looks dark brown/black... straight ahead it's perfectly clear.
