Got hit by the Condo Parking Garage's Gate Arm!!!!!!!

I was in my truck and when I was going through, the gate arms just closed down on my, scratching my rear quarter panel pretty bad. What so i do????

I contacted the security right the way and they came down to take some pictures of the damage. and told me to go to the management office on Monday, and the pictures will be there on file. I ain't gonna claim insurance, can I get them to pay me directly?

they will go through their own insurance company, could get a whole new paint job!

when i was parked at commisso's sum kids bashed my dads truck with their bikes, i got them to pay to get all the dents out and the tailgate sprayed through their own insurance company!
