i used jasc paintshop pro 7 use the lasso tool start from the left side of the picture and go as close to the bumper as you can. then go around the top of the fender and end at the right side of the pic side profiles are alot easier. then use the move tool and move the car up or down. hope that helped i know it's confusing but thats the best i could do w/out pictures

Polygonal Lasso around car body and upper portion of the picture
feather 1 or 2 pixels
copy and paste to a new layer
drag down
flatten layers

should turn out something like this...
