Guy's, there's more to a car than how fast it can accelerate.

M3 would decimate the E55 on a road track, which is what the M3 was made for.

If you all think acceleration is the only thing, go buy a Mustang Cobra......

There are enless reasons why a car runs 1 sec slower on the quarter than it's best, some of them aren't even the drivers fault. Maybe it was the first time he ran the car hard. Maybe he missed a shift, bad launch, bad track conditions, bad weather, the run was for $hit and giggles so he shortshifted, etc.

We all know a properly driven M3 will average a 13.5.

Damn, my worst time at Cayuga was a 14.2!

I think the guy in the M3 had a missed shift. Listen at 6 seconds...all you hear is "clunk-scratch"
