Actaully there's a video that Dado posted a while ago of him doing a 1/4 mile with his car on track circuit setup; there happend to be a drag strip at that location so he gave it a shot. He did 11.8 Seconds @ 121mph on low boost setting of 11psi. Dado is running an AA Stage III (roughly 450whp) which probably is making quite as much HP as that 640RWHP dude, but assuming that dude can hook up some traction I wonder what kind of times he could get.

This is why everyone should aim to go forced induction on their e36...there's no other mod you can get that's quite like it.
I think I'd be in heaven feeling the gforces on my lower back in that black m3. (that's the one thing I love about my car already)
