Well, the driver is only a witness, so its not like they're in trouble or anything.

CityTV said the BMW was racing with the car that crashed and that it drifted into the lane causing the car that crashed to lose control... don't know what source they have though.

The only reason why the cops said that the driver of the bimmer is only a witness is because they want to keep the investigation on the down low. He is definitely a suspect. But they don't want to drive him underground (so to speak). It was that driver of the BMW that witnesses say was running with the red Integra before the accident. The driver of the Integra somehow lost control and crossed over the centre line into the path of Westbound traffic on Burhamthorpe just west of Ponytrail. The Integra was then hit by two vehicles including a Jeep and was cut in two. I would say that Mr. BMW is in deep sh%t.

all I can say those integras handles like SH*T, I saw at least two times integra lost control and went into oncoming traffic.
In the first accident, I was one of the first who stopped(if not the first) my bro's g/f called 911. Acura was on fire, more ppl started to pull over but not a single fire extinguisher could help, there was nothing left from acura, there were two ppl in the car. pretty scary thing to see ppl burn in front of your eyes.
the other car that integra hit, was smashed, driver died right away, but woman was alive when ambulance took her off.
abot 2 week later i saw one more acura integra, but ditch between highways save it from oncoming traffic.
this is the third integra.

why BMW should be in shit. he raced, and that's it. that wasn;t his fault that acura lost control. maybe he will get the most punishment for street racing that could be, but not for death of those ppl.

What ever. No they don't. I've seen equal amounts of BMW's in bad accidents.

The main issue here is some people were hurt and killed in an accident. I feel sorry for the families who lost loved ones. Wouldn't you stop and try to help?

How could you drive off like that....
