Pic req. of Front door speakers

I was just wondering whit size front door speakers you guys fit in? 6 inch? 5 inch? 4 inch? I am soon to get a 325i and planning a stereo setup some advice please.

There's Focal tweets in there right now.... but before that i had some Kaption tweeters.

I dont do installs though, so I dont know much about the fitment and so on.
