More rice please
After a short bout with the 318, I ran into the nast 407 traffic this afternoon rush hour. I got off at Keele, and drove in circles before I got back on at Dufferin. It appeared that the police had re-openned the highway already...Drat. Anyway, I was surrounded by steamed up drivers, some driving turtle slow in the left lane as usual. So, as usual, I just cruise on past in the middle lane when I get my chance. I had to duck back in behind the first turtle because of traffic though. Apparently, turtle #2, a Camry with a really dirty back window, didn't like my driving and tried to "close the door". Well, there was plenty of room, but the driver started tailgating so close, I could see the smoke coming from his nose!!
As soon as turtle #1 passed the last middle lane snail, I dropped 3 gears and took off down the middle lane again. The Camry follows, but is real slow. A few minutes later, i run into the same situation again...I look in the mirror to check the left lane. Look who's coming..the Camry, but this time with a good head of steam! I felt kinda bad jumping in front of him, but oh well...too bad.
I took off again, and he tried desparately to catch up, but he never did....Come on buddy, I rented a Slow-ara once....you'd better NOS that thing if you want to challenge a 540!!! heh heh heh
