was driving on hwy 7 and caught up with a red 360, i was behind him in my 2nd, he floored it so did I. with 2 lights till my exit, i let it go when i shifted to 4th, and he had gained one car length on me. We both had passenger on board.

ferrari sounds mean

3 mins later, i encountered a grey 550, but he was in the opposite direction, that was sick.

I'm assuming you have the Estoril Blue M coupe with 280hp?
and you kept up to a Ferrari 360 Modena!?

heres a little story of a 360 racing....

i was driving down hurontario in mississauga comming up to the AMC, when i saw a 911turbo and a 360 duke it out a while back. (damn actually that was at least a year ago) The porsche won, and i couldnt keep up they just left me... Anyway i was just trying to keep up to see who wins.

bascially it went like this, they both launched and the porsche got distance on the ferrari, and then just kept walking away, then they both slowed down and kept going and i turned into AMC, i assumed they where friends.

on a side note, you know those 360s do a 4sec flat 0-60 and have 400bhp right? I think if he was all out racing you, he would have pulled a lot harder, or maybe the driver skill.. but still it`s a 100hp diff there.

turbo will beat a regular 360 anyday, and anywhere

your right, they do a 4.2 0-62mph , on the ferrari website

mine is the 2000 model with a humble 240hp only. and I didn't really keep up with the 360, it slowly walked away from me, 2 lights on Hwy 7 (around 250m...?) he gained more than 1 car length. we didn't start at the line, he was in front of me when he floored it.

it doens't make sense to you? I can keep with the 333hp M3 without any problem. no bs. then again, i don't street race.
