Question what's needed to fit an s50 into a 318ti

like it says....what changes are needed to fit an s50 motor into a 318ti ? say the motor is from a 1995 m3 and the 318ti is a 95 also...is it pretty much a straight drop in ? would you be able to take an s50 that has all the appropriate changes to fit into an e30 and drop it into the 318ti ? any insight would be grrreat

thanks

the 318ti is the same as the 318i sedan from the bumper to a-pillar. So anyone who has swapped out their 4-banger would be able to help you out.

Motor mount arms are the ones you're using now, you'll want the e36 mounts... PS I have the pan if you need it.

You will have change the engine mount, power steering lines, rad, some a/c components, transmission and the read end (if u don't want to be reving high all time)
who told you the computer would be fine? You will need to change the computer too...
it's not a straight drop.
