whoa...that looks crazy. The paint matches the bodywork, I like it. The grills would look good with some surrounds, other then that it looks hot!

Tahnx all!

Actually I have 3 sets of surroundings for the grill, black, gold and chrome, to see what looks best. Maybe I will leave it like this without, but I agree it could look better with surrounding kidneys.
I just didn't have the time yet to put them on to decide.
The paint was almost still wet

I have to say the color is even better irl, you should see it change from yellow to gold, orange and red in case of moving angles! Especially in bright sunlight....

nicely done... different. not a fan of the hood / kidney mod.. only because it makes the edge look very boxy... (it's a mix between smooth curved lines and sharp edges... which doesn't go well imho).. .but still looks good...

pics of the rear?

What I tried to accomplish was to make it a superclean car, with a modern look, but without touching the typical E34 character.
So never any E39 conversions for me, just a perfected version of the E34 IMO.

Hi

color is officially "Capri Yellow", a color used by Opel for the Astra Bertone Coupe. But as it has been self-mixed by the paintshop, and the way the painting was done, it looks very different.
More metallic and much more "flop" giving it a very special look
