Those are chemtrails and are different to contrails which come from the exhaust of planes and which dissapear but the chemtrails which these are do not disappear but expand and fall to the ground. Who knows what we are being exposed to but for sure it gets on our skin and we breathe it in whatever it is.
This occurrence happens over Toronto and other major cities in Canada and the USA but the planes doing the spraying are all coming from the States.
