New M5 E60 Torque/Power Diagram (pic)

looks interesting.


Official engine specs:
Redline at 8.250 rpm
Maximum output 507 bhp (373 kW) at 7.750 rpm
Peak torque 520 Nm at 6100 rpm
450 Nm available from 3.500 rpm
80% of maximum torque is available at up to 5.500 rpm

yup 7 spd SMG. And also it is %20 faster than current SMG set-up it says on the site/ What a waste. Imagine a meaner and cleaner looking M5 with that type of technology

Comes out to very similar to the current M5 engine, about 370 ft. lbs.

Your right, they alway's do; but the torque isn't ft. lbs., but in Newton meters.
