lol..insurance companies suck eh? if it wasnt for them i'd buy a bike...

Just for the record, bike insurance is MUCH cheaper then cars...I'm paying $60/month for the FZR compared to $500 for the E30...

The difference is your fzr has about half the rate of any sport 600. Mostly because it is a 400. I have had my m for 12 years and all 3 of my bikes had a higer rate. My last was a 98 cbr 600 joe cools and it was 1800 a year. My record is clean too. My zx-6r was even more. If you want cheap insureance stay under 600cc, non sport add it to you car insurance or get a pay as you ride policy. Or any combination of the above

Yes, i know! I'm lucky  But even if it was a 600 sport bike, it would have been just over $2000/year, which is not even near the $6000-$7000 quotes i got for the E30....

if you compare a ninja to any other sport the insurance is more. Ninjas are the most wrecked bike in the 600 class. The 500 my be different

ive got no lisence but ive got a 2001 Cr250 thats pretty fun ripping around on. Ill just take it to the dirt, cops wont catch me

Where does one get a bike licence and usually how much does it cost. Considering I have 4 tickets(3 speeding) this year, I might need to put up my e30 for sale and follow what Filip did.

Where ever you get ur G1 u can go do the test it cost 15bucks, but if you have so many speeding tickets...ur motorcycle insurance won't be cheap...
