You want to go talk to Jerry, who works out of Bieri Auto. (416-291-4561)

Here is something someone posted about him roughly 5 years back (prices are different now)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've tried going the do-it-yourself route before and I would advise
against it. Some things are better left to the pro's. If I were you,
there's a guy who works in the back of the garage at Bieri Auto on
Ellesmere Rd. (the other Peugeot agent in Toronto) named Jerry who is
known to be the very best in the city for detailing luxury cars. I took
my Mi16 to him last summer and for $200 CDN they take all the seats out
of the car, shampoo the carpets, make the leather look like new (I don't
know how they do it) and clean everything you can and can't see.
On the exterior, they buff and do god know's what else, they'll make
your rims look like new, and even use toothbrushes for certain area's.
The thing with Jerry is that he does work pretty much exclusively for
dealer's so his schedule is tight.
However, I remember going to pick my car up from him and when I entered
the garage door of Bieri I literally walked right past my car...I didn't
recognize it! I didn't think it could be mine, I just thought to myself
- Nice black Mi16, now where's mine?!?
Probably the best $200 I've spent on anything car related.
If you choose to call the guy, tell him you know me and that I
recommended that you go there. he likes Peugeot's (I think they're
easier to work with than the Lotus', Ferrari's et al. that he usually
deals with.)
They shampoo the engine as well and Bieri has a specific 405 mechanic
who makes sure to cover up the water-sensitive area's of the engine bay.

Cheers,
Robert

I am picking up my M5 from Jerry on Monday, I left it there while I was in Germany.

Another good place is on Laird drive just north of Millwood, for both repairs and detailing:

North South Motors Ltd
416-424-2698

46 Laird Drive,
East York, ON
M4G 3T2

(Rich of DENT DOCTOR works out of this location so you can get dents removed also)

Yes Jerry takes the seats out when he cleans the car.

I heard there was an article about him recently but I didn't see it.

Another vote for Autobahn here. I haven't really tried any other detailing places, but I don't need to, cause these guys are pretty good. They sure as hell do a better job that I do

I just wished they offered some synthetic waxes as well, something like Klasse or Zaino. They last longer.
