I tried the G35...

I posted a couple of days ago saying that I was thinking of getting the rid of my 328 cause of a shit load of problems I was having with it. I was thinking of geting the Infiniti G35 coupe instead and I test drove it today. I like it it is super aggresive and forgive me for saying it handles just as good as the e46.

Whats weird is the car costs $52000 and the 330CI with the M pkg is like $60 000 but to lease the G35 it is about $70 more a month because of the interest rate it's 5.9%.

I'm totally torn on which one to buy, to be honest I like them both a lot. I don't know what I expect you guys to say but I felt like telling somebody new.

Later

If it's a G35 coupe I'd take it for sure. But if its the sedan you're better off with the Bimmer. G35Coupe looks sick

the experience with my old e46 was excellent, i've never experience any major defects, perhaps a couple of really minor ones. the build quality is first class. i will not doubt the infiniti is ultra reliable in every sense cause it is japanese, but i feel the M 330ci being on its 5th generation will be at its best. do not let the 328 sour note alter your decision too much. i like both cars but will go for the 330 cause the interior is much cleaner than the g35 (way too many buttons). BTW which one is roomier?

I'd rather have a 330 Ci with M package since it's a bimmer.

I'd take the G35 coupe, the exhaust note on that car is to die for, lets see, its more powerful, better looking IMO, and...........

CHEAPER!
And, the G35 is not a new car either, it has a good past history, which i'm sure most of you guys are familiar with, the G35 is pretty much the AMERICANIZED SKYLINE, and those cars have always been bullet proof

The 330 is roomier, I can't stress enough how on the fence I am, I don't want to turn my back on bimmer but it is tempting and if you don't beleive me test drive the infiniti.

I feel like I'm pitching it but before this I've never driven a car that even made me consider leaving BM and I've driven a lot of nice cars.

And BTW it's only cheaper if you but it on a 36 month lease it's more expensive

Still, i like BM's and all, but its a givin, the G35 out performs the BM and it actually beats it in the motor trend (usually cause of the PRICE difference) but still, the G35 is an amazing machine, and i would take that in a heartbeat, you'd be crazy not to get it!

hahahaha, rob, always lookin for pusssy when purchasing a car, yet you bought a CRX!!
hehehe, kidding!

I dunno why so many people are still holding BMW's so high in their hearts, first of all, all these modern day cars are becoming MORE powerful, have almost the exact same technology, are just as reliable, anddddddd at a fraction ogf the cost, not to mention they're starting to look a lot betyter also!

Its a fact that in just about every aspect the Infiniti is better, so why even consider the 330?

get the 330...

the BMW just drives better, handles better and is put together better.. the shifter is way nicer (drove a 350z, same deal as the g35)

lotsa cars offer better value, but, a BMW is a BMW

do you really want to drive a nissan?
