E30 M3 needs a water pump

The water pump is gone on the M3 and I wanna know how big of a job this is. My dad's a mechanic so it's not gonna be a problem. It's just basically 5 bolts correct? There is a brand new one on ebay for 60 american.....good price? Does the radiator need to be removed to replace the pump?

Thanks

Could be related to the engine/waterpump driven cooling fan...

The S14, eats water pumps and mine doesn't have the fan on it.

The chain doesn't need changing at 120k km, it at 160k km or 100k miles, but this is only a suggestion as it is prevenative more that it has to be done.
So cars can be ok, others have let go at 130k mile so it's up to you if you want to take the chance.
