Did you have to roll the rear fenders?
thanks Eric,

nope, no fender rolling at all

i dont want the tires to tuck, so i'll probably leave it

i think its as low as it can go without starting to tuck a lot.

Do you know where to get a reasonably priced LSD diff for an E46? So far I have not found any... they're like US$4500!!!. If you do know, please PM me.

I'm thinking of doing this mod but probably a non-LSD. Maybe a 3.46 (or 3.38) diff swap from an auto 323/328.

This is the cheapest I've found: http://www.koalamotorsport.com/. Prices aren't listed, but apparently range from $2400-3400 according to SilverStreak on BFc. A rainbow of ratios it seems, too.

That's still pretty damn expensive though. I'd put it in the S/C fund. Then again once you get the FI, you'd be peg-legging even worse than before. LOL, have fun with the E46 catch-22.

Nah, no S/C for this baby. I'm gonna keep it naturally aspirated plus I'm not good enough a driver to really push it that hard. A couple of performance driving courses and a non-LSD diff will keep me happy (for a while...)
