Door Handles HELP!

i have a problem on the door handles... they sometimes won't quite release the latch... i know what the problem is but how easy is it to fix it... and where do i get the things i need...

the problem is at the pin that connects a lever from the handle to another lever from the latch... i looked at my brothers bmw and it had a rubber covering over that pin... mine must have fallen off...

where it says "down to hinge" make that down to latch..
