E36 Front Bumper EURO Plate Bracket

Hi folks,

I just called my local BMW dealership to find out if I could purchase a EURO Plate conversion front bumper bracket for my E36. They were able to find the part numbers for the bracket and 2 mouldings but they're not able to get them from Germany because of regulations!? Anyways, does anyone know how I could somehow import this from Europe? The part numbers are:

51112265632 (Bracket)
51112265637 (Left Moulding)
51112265638 (Right Moulding)

Maybe I'll have to find someone in Germany to ship these for me?

Group Buy???

Qimis: Yes.. most of the plates are now done. Since we had so many plates.. it's taking a little longer than expected but they should arrive in approx 2 weeks. I should also note that because of the delays, I'm going to pay the company extra (out of my own pocket) to have them shipped via FedEx Express. Will keep everyone posted.

I have the euro plate mouldings for E36 ...

here's a pic of it on my old bumper.. (stock bumper).

When I switched to my M3 bumper I put on a regular license plate.

oh yeah I forgot... PM me if you want to buy it. Comes with the license plate too... but you'd probably want to change it. This one says "BMW 318i" with the BMW emblem in the middle.

by the way, the reason my vehicle came with the euro plates is because my car is from Montreal... it's not law to have a license plate on the front of your car.

Hey Justin thanks for your note!

Hmm, that's funny.. my E36 is originally from Montreal as well, so I wonder why I have the regular plate attachment.

In any case, I just send you a PM. Thanks bro!
