I'm saying it's all bullshit. They have 15" rotors and 20-piston calipers, but you KNOW they aren't using 10% of the brakes potential just by looking at their pretty interiors and ultra-exotic bodykits. I'd bet the vast majority spend their time cruising the strip and carrying the owners to more riced out shows where they hang out with Civics, Neons, and other quality machinery to see who has the most TV's and biggest rims.

I seem to be alone on this opinion. Meh.

I agree completely with mystikal, i hate this "SHOW" garbage, i mean whats the point of gettin HUGE rotors if you don't even DRIVE the car, i couldn't agree more, so pointless, Worst of all, they're all asian, lotsa money, but can't even DRIVE properly!
(hehehehe, i'm just joking guys, don't kill me)!!

But seriously, a lot of that stuff is so CANDY COATED that it sucks, such a waste of money, and i know they can do what they want with it, just whats the point really!?

EDIT: POSING or NOT, that new E CLASS in the second picture, looks HOT AS HELL DUMPED LIKE THAT!

I agree. I believe they can do their car up however way they like. Its their car. They like it, they are happy with it. If they have no intention of tracking, driving it hard, etc. then they just chose a different route to playing with their cars.

I prolly did mods that I didn't use properly or to its full intent, but I originally did the mod not claiming or planning on using it the way it might have been used for.

If you looked at those pics and said wow...then theres definately something that caught your attention made you go wow. So whats wrong?

And where does it say you HAVE to track a car anyways.

Those cars are JUST to catch attention on the street though. I think most of them just got super amounts of money, by the looks of it they could afford a Murcielago and a Ferrari 360 if they really wanted.

Did they hold a gun to their head as they put the $8k braking system or $4k custom racing seats on dad's credit card? Nah, not really.

My point is that it is all for show. They'll never use their cars to the potential of the mechanical bits, if anything simply because the aesthetic "upgrades" (I use the term gingerly) wouldn't stand up to the conditions.

meh, i say you can do whatever you want with your car... some people prefer show car's.. whether it's a 69 Mustang, or a 03 Benz.

Your car, do what you want with it.

i just heard this one from someone, I think ppl here are drinking too much "haterade".

i mean who cares wheather they track them or not, they look sick period.

if they where riced out and modded with no taste then I would agree, otherwise, I love all those cars no matter what.
