Very interesting reads, guys.

And Klaus, it must be a great feeling to be able to easily hold off an STI. Especially with an 'es!

I really want to do this now with all the info and pictures you've posted. WOW
Looks like so much fun.
Is there a site for this? And where exactly is Mosport located?
Thanks

Trillium Chapter - BMW Club of Canada

Mosport is located 20 minutes north of Bowmanville, just east of Oshawa off the 401.

And yes, it is fun, and at the end of the weekend you do learn a lot in car control, plus you get to hang out with a bunch of car people too.

Well, if you look closley to the left column where the name and location and rides is posted, you'll see that it is a E30 (M50).

It sure is a sheep in wolf's clothing and great fun when other drivers in M3's, have a hard time cathing up to me on the backstraight and usually fall behind on the rest of the track. They often come over to my car after our run in frustration and are then really reliefed when they find out they did NOT get passed by an 'es'.

Oops, I didn't see that. Nice upgrade!

By the way, you're very active in the BMW Club of Ottawa, right?

I like to help out there, yes. As it is in every Club, you have more fun if you participate and be involved.

come on out to the meeting some time.

By the next meeting I will have my sixer out again.

You want to see a nice ride.....

That looks like an awesome track you guys have there.

I've done a similar thing here with BMWCC of New Zealand. Was an awesome day - completely pissing down with rain all weekend and you really learn respect for the car hah. (We had one of the instructors crash thier nice e36 m3)
