I only paid $350 (+ tax) for mine... so he could get something even better.

hmm.. You can get some Focal subs for $313 each I considered it, but it wasnt in my budget. Also look at some Rockford and Alpine (Type-R's)... you can get some pretty good subs in your price range.

If you do want a couple Boschmann though, I know a guy still selling a pair of 12's.. Model ALX-122 SP... he wants more than I paid for mine, but maybe you can talk him down... let me know

I would look into Adire AUdio

http://www.adireaudio.com

I have a fifteen inch Brahma and it is super loud with some very great sound quality. It can handle 1600 watts RMS but it doesn't need all that power to really sound great. It will get loud on 800 to 1000 RMS.

Sorry, its a little dirty in the pic. I just built the box so there was saw dust on it. 28 mm of excursion.

It's been a few days since your post, but i actually have a couple for sale if you are interested. Depends on the amp you have right now i guess. I have a set of Rockfords Power HX2's, 12" in a box custom for e30 trunk. You need a good amp though, I am running a Rockford mono amp 1500 watt max power and they pound like a mother ****a. Email me an offer.
